I provide individual psychotherapy sessions in English for adults living in Poland and, where cross-border practice is legally permitted, for clients living abroad.
You do not need to have a diagnosis or know exactly how to describe what is happening. The first consultation is a space to talk about your current situation, understand what feels most difficult, and decide whether psychotherapy and my way of working may be a good fit for you.
What can we work on?
- anxiety, persistent tension and panic attacks,
- stress, overload and burnout,
- relationship difficulties and recurring interpersonal patterns,
- break-up, divorce and life transitions,
- grief and loss,
- low self-esteem and excessive self-criticism,
- perfectionism, procrastination and fear of failure,
- feeling stuck, emotionally overwhelmed or without a clear sense of direction.
Living abroad and functioning between cultures
Moving to another country can affect relationships, identity, work, family roles and the sense of belonging. I am familiar with the realities of living abroad and can include this context in therapy when it is relevant to your situation.
My therapeutic approach
My primary approach is Positive Psychotherapy. I also draw on Ericksonian and Systemic Psychotherapy. My work focuses on creating a respectful, confidential and non-judgmental therapeutic relationship while keeping the process connected to concrete goals and changes in everyday life.
Flexible video platforms
Sessions can take place through a mutually agreed video platform, for example WhatsApp, Messenger or another convenient tool. Before the first appointment we agree on the simplest option for you while making sure you have suitable privacy for the conversation.
How does the first online consultation work?
- You choose an available appointment.
- You join from a private place with a stable internet connection.
- We discuss what is currently happening and what you would like to change.
- We consider whether online psychotherapy is appropriate for your needs.
- You decide afterwards whether you would like to continue.
Clients outside Poland
Rules for psychotherapy and psychological services vary between countries and, in places such as the United States and Canada, between states or provinces. Before ongoing therapy begins, we confirm where you are physically located and whether cross-border online work is permitted under the applicable local requirements.

I am a certified psychotherapist with many years of clinical experience. I hold international Consultant and Master certificates in Positive Psychotherapy and work under regular supervision.
The first consultation does not commit you to long-term therapy. It can simply be a first conversation.
